After a series of intense battles, Amy begins to quietly suffer the effects of burnout, stress, and overexertion mentally and physically. This is a Sonadow AU where Shadow is an alien from a different universe. He finds Mobius and tries to become the most powerful... but without anyone noticing him. He is trying to become one of them.
