Rebecca wanted to be like everyone else, but it seemed life had other ideas. An unaware police officer as a dad, a mother that's six feet under the ground and some crazy marking on her back she was born to stand out. Add a problematic party boy with parental issues into the mix along with the constant supervision of the police chief and she's bound to be trouble in the town of Hawkins, Indiana.
