Nothing lasts forever...what will be your downfall?

In the year 2331, society has moved permanently underground in the lower crust of the Earth for nearly three centuries. From The Attacks by murderous machines, known as Ketrians, devastated the surface of the Earth and rendered it inhabitable for humans.

But when a resurgence of the Ketrians start to find their way into underground society in 2314, scientists must take action. Seventeen mothers from around the nation of Econdia, taking up the entire North American mainland continent, are randomly chosen to give birth to a phenomenon scientists have been working toward for centuries: superhumans with kinetic powers, utilized to defend society against the Ketrian threat.

Reyna Cortez and Devon Hallows are pretty much as opposite as can be, yet somehow form an unusual, yet powerful relationship. When the time comes, will they work together to defeat the Ketrians, or will their emotions be their downfall?
