Skies were lit with the flaming sun as blood mist sprayed over the bodies already slain. Time seemed to slow as I passed by allies and cut down foes in my way, leaving a path of destruction along the way. God may have lost faith in the Äriha but I haven't. As I cut down angel after angel the light ebbing from my soul faded faster and faster. I was dying, I knew that fact perfectly well with every slash of my blade.
A sonic blast erupted from somewhere to my left, causing me to stop my fighting and turn, alonhg with the other angels. A bright white light had erupted into heaven, and with it came a godly voice tinted with just a small amount of trill, like at any moment it might break into song.
"Enough of this fighting. Those responsible shall face the consequence. He raised a godly hand and snapped.
