A boy Named Johnathan Jr. discovers his supernatural ability of projection from and incident that happened when he was born, He was adopted by a doctor who felt guilty about something she did , so she raised him as her own. John Jr is now 13 years old and has a duty that no other 13 year old has, to protect everyone from dangers that occur and wants to find out why he has these powers and who is parents were.

Taking his fathers words to heart, John Doe returns to Wellston with the intention of expelling himself from the hierarchy; attempting to turn over a new leaf with the ones he fought with for weeks.
