That was a normal thing to see in our world. If there was a crime happening in anyway shape or form there was always a hero to save the day. Villainy had decreased in the past few years because of this factor.

Aizawa: I made a mistake. I saw a kid struggling and labeled him a lost cause. I kicked him out of U.A. because I thought he was a danger-to others and to himself. But the truth is, I failed him. Izuku Midoriya always looked up to heroes, especially All Might. Even though she is quirkless, she still believes she can become a hero. That is, until her idol tells her she can't. A hero destroyed her, but a villain saved her. Now she works for the League of Villains and has a quirk. Tomura wants her to infiltrate U.A. as a "hero student" to learn how to bring down All Might and the other heroes. She needs to gain the other students trust. She's finally living her dream, but she's not the same girl she used to be. At least, that's what she thought. So then why is it getting harder for her to lie? Why does she suddenly want to stay? Her childish ideals are coming back to haunt her. Her dream was to be a hero, so why is she the villain? (I do not own the pictures!
