Stressed & Depressed

Shymaine Artis aka Shy is a 16-year-old teen who battles anxiety, depression, and insecurities. That can be a bad combination when you are in high school and still haven't yet found yourself or your purpose in life. Living with a struggling single mom and a dad who she barely knows or sees causes a dramatic change in her life. Not knowing which way to turn, who to trust, she barricades herself into her studies or in her bedroom. Will she get any help? Will this all change?
