It's always happening, only taking long pauses. You're a top agent for Overwatch. It's not the highest of highs, but it's definantly not low. One day, you were commanded by your higher up to stop an attack from Null Sector happening in Kings Row. Of course, you accepted. Arriving there, you notice that there's barely even a fight happening, only a couple of casualties, but none dead. You investigate, eventually finding a wounded omnic getting harassed and assaulted by several humans.
