Audrey Oliveros never liked being put in the spotlight. If she had her way, she could continue the last year of high school under the radar, laying low until she could graduate and leave her small town. One of her only respites from the monotonous long days of school was watching Riverdale on her tv, chatting with her friends about the absurdity of the plot, and how cute all the male actors were. Two months before graduation, a heavy storm passes over her town, and when lightning strikes at the moment she turns on her tv, Audrey is transported right into the town of Riverdale, the town with pep.

How can a regular 17-year-old girl handle being in the middle of the chaos that is brewing in this town? And will she ever find a way to go back home?
