The only difference is, is that her secret is that she's part dragon. Her sister is supposed to slay anything mystical creature especially dragons but she doesn't know her secret or her best friend's. At least not yet or him hers and you know what's funny? He's got a huge crush on her. She's also adopted so that's why she's a dragon too. Although not American. She wasn't born American anyways. Even when growing up, Elia didn't fit in with the other girls. They would dress up in dresses. She wore cloaks. They would cook and sew. She would throw knives. They liked boys. She liked bows.
