The secret, true ending of Louisa May Alcott's Little Women! In this short story Beth has survived her painful illness. Because of this delight, Amy has accepted Fred Vaughn's proposal and went to his estate in England. For the wedding, she invites her sisters Jo and Beth and her old friend Laurie. Beth meets Fred's brother Frank again and together they'll try to manage a true Happily ever after for sister Jo, making use of lovely spring time.

Oh my Beth - this is a mixture of my two old Beth narrations, "Beth survives" and "Beth and the beast." For this final edition, I use the diary and letter style. Jo and Amy had the chance in Little Women, and I want to focus on Beth's voice and point of view. And what's a better time for this short story than the year of the 150-years-anniversary of Little Women?
Whatever your shipping is, enjoy!
There is first the non-canon version with Jo and Laurie, and if you don't like that, jump to the version with Jo and Friedrich; Laurie and Amy. I'm fine with both my shipping versions (:

Despite her romance with Bennett, as she grows closer to the Calloways, Henley realizes they are somehow involved in her brother's conviction.
