The sixteen year old Cassandra is unhappy with her life. She has heard many stories about pirates and she wished she could be like one and go on adventures, because she couldn't quite believe that all pirates were monsters and murderes. Her mother always was worried about her after loosing her husband in the war. She was was always careful with her daughter because she was her only child. But Cassy, how her mother calls her, is an adventures young girl who wants to see the world and doesn't want to stay at home with her mother forever, even if she loved her. But not only her interest for pirates is on her mind. There is also a young man. His name is Will Turner, the man who seemed to be in his early twentys works as an armourer in her home town. As Cassy finds out that Will is a pirate, she secretly sneakes onto his ship. Will She there find andventures, thrill and maybe even love?
