I was kept alive because the goddess Hera was quite fond of me.And  For a hundred years I have  slept  in the underworld to keep Zeus from ever finding me and now the magic has  worn off and I must escape to the world to protect myself.All Rights Reserved

I know that an environment isn't permanent. It isn't forever. My environment is my storm. Being Daughter of Zeus means I'm a Daughter of a Storm. Sometimes I have to step outside of my comfort zone. Even if it means risking my life, along with my friends' lives. And I know that it will come to that. I have to keep in mind one thing through all of this. Storms don't last Forever.

As Melaina began to mature and fully understand her powers and abilities, Melaina sought out on a journey looking for her father, Hades, for revenge and to help her siblings.
