Since I was in 4th grade, I've always been enthused in how I can help others. A few years later, I'm denouncing that I'm a panromantic genderqueer without a second thought. I've decided to create this book so that I can spread the word that hey, we're all humans.. Why do we have to separate each other? Profiling, homophobia, racism, sexism, communism, just.. everything else. It's ridiculous. Remember this;

I'm about to tell you a story about a girl. A normal girl. A girl that had no cares in the world, until her trust for it was stripped away. When you read her story, you'll find yourself trusting her, loving her, rooting for her. But you see, not everyone gets to trust the world. Not everyone has a happy ending. --- Halfway through the kiss however, his attitude changed; instead of being a loving embrace, it became a fierce trap. His grip on her waist tightened, trapped her where she was instead of simply holding her where he wanted her. Journey with me back in time as I rewrite the first Journal I kept from when I was in high school, and see that maybe even with how horrible life is most of the times, there are little things spread throughout that make life worth living. My high school experience was full of drama, tears, laughter, and most of all constant search of love, and approval of the people around me. I can't always get what I want in this world. Life is a beautiful mess. It's not perfect, and filled with a lot of disappointments, and heartbreak. I've dreamed of the perfect marriage ever since I was a little girl: a marriage complete with a hardworking husband while I tended to the home and our children, preferably four little rugrats to call my own. I dreamed of a life filled with laughter, joy, and success, a life we built together. I dreamed of growing old next to my husband, creating a great love story to tell our grandchildren someday. It all seemed so possible. I was raised to be the perfect wife, after all. From the outside, it seemed I had exactly what I dreamed of with the rich, determined husband; the brilliant, gaudy diamond ring; and the beautiful home filled with the hope of future children. Yes, it was all a dream come true. I should have felt grateful, really. The problem is, I also wanted a marriage based on love, passion, and affection, but those are the only things my husband cannot give me . . . . . . because they're reserved for her. I'm not Gay, I'm Homosexual
The word gay has been synonymous of liberation, fight, human rights, homosexuality, lesbianism, etc but it has become synonymous of excess, abuse of freedom, hatred, self-loathing as well among men and women who feel the emotional and physical desire to be with somebody of their own sex. I do not wish to diminish in any way the important role of the gay liberation movement, the point I'm making is a reflection on how this generous and initially noble action has been tinted by fanatism and dogmatism. One that nobody seems to want to talk about because accusations of homophobia or hatred may be used against. We may not hit each other but the power of words has been used constantly against each other diminishing, offending and alienating us. Words can hit stronger than a fist and we have become very good at it.
