She continues to be an unreasonable mystery to the world. The nation has marked her dead due to the no results of finding her for 4 years. And because of the evidence of a murder and Cleo's student ID next to all of it. And because of the blood stained clothes on the shore of the Colorado River.

But one belief sparked the hopes of a teenaged boy named Tyler Neil. One day, he took a meaningless picture of the bridge right around the corner of where the tragedy.  The boy was having a harmless day from that time on as he took out the printed picture, only to spot two scratched up bare feet sticking out from the shadows of the bridge.
