This is the story of the FitzRoy Perry clan and the middle european country of Almondy. That country that has been nestled between the Germanies and France since its founding in 1066. Less attention having been paid to Almondy overtime than England for Almondy only ever achieved the status of Grand Principality instead of Kingdom despite being the very center of Europe and the highway between the countries whose greatest ambitions were control of the entire continent. We open as the Grand Prince is ailing and plots are afoot to ensure who shall ultimately succeed him. With the greatest powers of Europe on the brink of war after Victoria has died and the dynasties where her children and grandchildren reign each eyeing a piece of the pie that might mean that Almondy will be carved up.
