A fan-made story about the life of Ging Freecss, the adventurous vagabond and father of Gon Freecss, the main protagonist of Yoshihiro Togashi's Hunter x Hunter. This story starts at Ging leaving Whale Island to take the hunter exam, through his adventures as a hunter, on an archeological mission, creating Greed Island with ten of his new friends, and becoming Kite's master, then the parting of Ging and Gon's mother. Of course, it's all fan-made. :)

Now, I'm stuck with a bunch of future Hunters, trying not to embarrass myself (or die) in a world where danger lurks around every corner. With Gon's optimism, Kurapika's sharp tongue, Leorio's... well, Leorio-ness, and Killua's smug (but attractive) smirk, and also the way he looks like he's gonna snap my neck in a second whenever I get too close to Gon.
