DI Charles Greenhill is worried.
Very, very worried.
When a new drug appeared in Wereton, Charles wasn't too concerned. It happens all the time, there's a craze for a while and then they catch the bad guys and the drugs go back to being underground. It doesn't make them less dangerous, but it certainly keeps the drugs off of the streets and their impact low.
But now omegas are going missing, Alphas are turning up dead and to top it all of, his prime suspect has taken a sudden and intense interest in making him his mate. It's just Charles' luck that said suspect is Nathan Calahee, the Alpha of a crime syndicate who seems determined to find out about Charles' not-so-squeaky-clean past.
Unfortunately for Charles, in a city where everyone seems to know something they shouldn't, it's only a matter of time before something goes very badly wrong.

A genetically unique but emotionally lost teenager must figure out who she is within her mixed-up, warring world of Shifters and Wolfstalkers.
*****
It wasn't Maddie's choice to be born a half-breed, half Shifter, half Wolfstalker -- a hunter of Shifters -- and it wasn't her choice to keep her identity a secret. But after trying to attend high school like any normal sixteen-year-old, things quickly spiral south when her Stalker uncle finds out about her and catapults her out of anonymity and into the awareness--or possibly the crosshairs--of The Order of the Wolfstalker. Maddie must think fast and figure out a way to keep herself and her family safe, or risk losing everything. Including her life.
