As the only known son of the Heavenly Father of the Realms, he was the God of War. For hundred of thousands of years, he had taken disciples and given tutelage. Who would know that he would fall in love with his 17th disciple, who not only had he rage through the Demon Lands for but immensely piece his soul together for 70,000 years after sacrificing for the realms to see her again. His hard work vanished to lose her to his brother during those 70,000 years of his despair.
Today, he stood as witness to his brother's wedding with the one he truly loved.

"How about a mortal trial?" Di Jun spoke.
Zhe Yan laughed as he glanced at the now drunk Mo Yuan, leaning on the table, staring drunkenly at the cup in his hand.
"That doesn't seem like a bad idea," he snickered, "Though I'm not sure how it'll play out in his favor as you lost 9/10 of your powers after your 'mortal trial' to experience the power of love."
Di Jun blatantly looks at the red fur tied to his waist. They turned to the drunk Mo Yuan that slammed his empty cup on the table, standing up sloppily.
"What is there to gain from a mortal trial? Whether I pass or fail, the results are the same. Mortal lives are un...fathomable..."
His body drops to the ground of leaves and fallen petals.
Unmoved, the two high gods continue to drink while he curled on the ground. Zhe Yan shook his head disapprovingly at his old friend who still could not hold his liquor.
Raising the ceramic to his lips, "Love is unfathomable, a very great word." The liquid transferred to his mouth.
"Speaking of love, " Di Jun intercepts, "I suggest you take a mortal love trial, Zhe Yan. It seems after your fight with Bai Zhi you have lost your taste," making Zhe Yan paused, gulping the content slowly as he glared at Di Jun.

Eternal Love Once Upon a Time
After having learned that Su Jin made a puppet that resembled Ye Hua's mortal wife, Bai Qian heads over to the Nine Heavens to complain to the Skylord just as Ye Hua returns to the Nine Heavens after ending his mortal trial earlier than planned. He uses the opportunity to bring justice against Su Jin's crimes and secretly takes back Bai Qian's eyes before the punishment was handed down for execution.
