Who am i really

this is about an oc character I created she is Minato's adopted daughter
She resembles kushina with long red unruly hair. When her little brother was born her parents died. She was 8 when they died, she became closed off and only her brother could read her however when she turned 8 she was abducted by the akatsuki and was rescued at age 16 her younger brother now being ten however he doesn't remember him
