A Growing Promise

"If I grew taller than you like this," he says, putting his hand a few inches on top of my head.

"You'll marry me right?" he asks. I look in to his beautiful sea blue eyes, while he looks into my bland, green eyes.

I ruffle his adorable black hair. "Hm, how about we see when the time comes, shortie?" He pouts and messes up my perfectly styled blond hair.

He tickles me and I tickle him back, we were playing around like it was our last day alive. Laughing like there's no tomorrow.
