Allyson Richards was uprooted from her hometown of Dallas, Texas and forced to move halfway across the country to a little town in the middle of nowhere. To say it sucked was the understatement of the year, especially when her mother wouldn't tell her why the sudden change. Ali was a child of the sun, she didn't belong in the rainest town of the United States.

She kept telling herself that she only had a year before she could move back home, but after sensing something hidden about the small town, Ali has decided to stay. For the curiousity, not the boy.

Maybe, she'd be able to find more about herself and her abilities in the small town. She always did have a knack for getting into the paranormal. Only the ghosts couldn't kill her.
