James Walker: One of the many travelers of the waste, finds his way to a large town in the ruins of New York, only to find trouble. The city is now divided into sections in Manhattan and just like the old world, crime happens with the higher force just watching. The time passes and he finds a home in the poorest section of the city: Lima. However, this section is notorious to have criminals and James is now fresh meat. The law will have their eye on him and use him.
