The Lone Wolf

Fleura Stratton is a 25 year old she wolf without a pack. Not because she was disowned, or because she went went rogue, but because she's always been alone. And she likes it that way, unusual for a creature with a pack mentality. Traveling the world alone, freedom to go wherever, whenever. That is, until she makes the mistake of crossing paths with some hunters...and her world turns upside down.

Dakota Jackson is the 28 year old Gamma of the Starry Creek pack, and he too is alone. But not really by choice. With both his Alpha and Beta having mates, he set out on a search for his soulmate..only to be cruelly rejected by her. A year after his rejection, he still hasn't gone back home, despite the constant calls from his pack. Intent on living out the rest of his days alone and miserable, he travels and hunts down evil in whatever form it comes in...which leads him directly in front of a girl that restirs the mate bond he thought died long ago.
