“Do you remember this? Do you remember how the dirty river water, that smelled like it was where a hobo bathed, lapped at our legs? Do you remember how we’d squeal and splash each other till the sunset covered us in its orange glow? Laura....Do you remember living?”

Carly and Laura are being kept sane in this apocolyptic world through their memories and by eachother, as their daily lives contain murdering humans who are threatening to kill them, sharpening their various weapons and most importantly creatively killing the dead that are up and walking.

But, as romance blossoms, and a new alliance with a large strong group, aswell as their haunting memories, join this rough exterior pair, who knows what will evolve? destroy or make them inferior?

With these two bestfriends gaining stronger and more threatening, anyone with a remaining heartbeat needs to keep a safe distance.
