Suriya Melati empunyai seorang teman baik sejak kecil iaitu Rizuan yang juga di kenali sebagai Riz. Riz selalu hadir dirumahnya untuk bermain. Entah mengapa, sejak kecil Suriya Melati lebih gemar memegang satu buku rakyat yang kecil iaitu Bawang Merah Bawang Putih. Suriya Melati selalu membacanya tanpa jemu hingga umurnya meningkat 19 tahun.

"Kau rasa, apa agaknya jadi Bawang Merah kan?" Satu malam, Suriya menanyakan soalan yang selalu berlegar legar di fikirannya. Riz yang dari tadi sedang membaca buku tersentak. 

"Masalahnya yang kau terfikir nak jadi Bawang Merah ni kenapa?" Pertanyaan Suriya dijawab dengan pertanyaan. 

"Takdalah. Cuma curious. Apa yang best jadi jahat?" Terlentok kepala Suriya di bahu Riz yang dia sudah dianggap sebagai abang.

"Aku memang confirm kalau kau jadi Bawang Merah, kau akan jadi Bawang Putih instead. Sebab? Kau senang dibuli. Aku suruh buat kopi kau buat." Riz menunjal dahi Suriya dan tergelak. 

"ABANG RIZ!" Suriya Melati memekik dengan penuh marah dan membaling the thing that is the closest to her.

Apni sachi mohabbat ke bawajood, wo apni pehchaan zaahir karne mein mushkilat mehsoos karta hai, iss tarah se wo uske pyaar ki gehrayi se be'khabar rehti hai. Issi dauran, ek dilchasp aur khoobsurat videshi uss ladki se pehli nazar me pyaar kar baithta hai jiski shaksiyat uss parchayi jaise aashiq se bilkul mukhtalif hai. Ye bahot hi khulle tareeqe se apne pyaar ka izhaar karta hai, lekin ye jaane baghair ke uss ladki ke dil mein kisi aur ki yaadein ab bhi basti hain jo uski pehli aur sacchi chupi mohabbat hai.
