The Gods of the elements made the ultimate sacrifice to save the Earth from the Zwani. A bug like creature that destroys everything in its path. Now from the heavens, they must find a mortal to share their power. But finding them is the easy part. Convincing young adults of monsters and magic is no easy feat. But together they MUST defend the Earth from a reminiscence of the Zwani, and keep themselves alive as well. Something's coming, something big.

Okay, so here's how it all began. Basically, teenagers have been vanishing across the country and no one has the foggiest idea what's going on (myself included). But at the end of the day I've got bigger things to worry about, such as the eternal hell that is the last day of high school and my psychopathic chemistry teacher. Suddenly I find myself being dragged into a world I apparently belong to and there's a war going on. The light and the dark are scrabbling for control and everything is hanging by a thread. So with the help of a few new friends, some new enemies, beasts, monsters and superpowered teenagers, I'm somehow going to navigate this mad new world and hopefully get out on the other side with all my limbs still intact. Ernwood Forest is home to winged people no bigger than a person's hand. Hidden away from the eyes of all humans, they live within the woodlands in three secrete tribes. Things can be tough in a world so much bigger than you, but the tribes are strong and protect the tiny people against all dangers. Even humans. Three tribes. Only three. That is the truth everyone knows. Until Rosin discovers that what she grew up believing doesn't even scratch the surface of what's out there in the forest. --- Rosin Magnolia hates people. The safe refuge everyone around her calls 'home' feels like a prison to her- so when she learns that there are other tribes somewhere in the forest, the decision to leave is hardly a choice. She makes it her mission to search the woodlands and bring the lost tribes together. But to do that, she'll have to leave her own tribe behind... which means leaving the people she loves most in the world. The forest is rife with predators. Beasts like humans; towering beasts that prowl through the trees without care or concern for the life they might trample. Leaving might just turn out to be a suicide mission. The Forest
Ernwood Forest is home to people living hidden from the prying eyes of humans; the Winged and their tribes. These people stand no taller than a few centimetres off the ground, meaning that things can sometimes get a little difficult... especially when humans are involved. But life isn't all bad. For the first time ever, Azure and the tribes have a human of their own protecting them from the sinister forces beyond the edge of the trees. As the months of winter roll in, nights are growing longer and snow has settled on the leafless branches. The forest is still. The only humans anyone expects to see are the few that know of the tiny people's existence. But the tribes are not alone in the forest anymore. The abductions begin. The past awakens. And a long forgotten shadow falls over the forest. Azure and the others once again find themselves having to fight to prevent their family from being ripped apart- only this time, things are different. This time, even the humans are in danger. ❤️❤️ Updates: When I can ahh❤️❤️ ⚠️ Mild fear/ violence warning --- This is the third part to this little trilogy :) I would recommend reading the other parts first if you can suffer through them. The Lost
Scary stories of a place called a city are whispered throughout the tribes of the forest. Rumours of great grey forts with monstrous towers, sprawling walls... a place crawling with the monsters everyone so fears. Humans. --- Despite a slightly concerning size difference, Lyn and Lucius are the best of friends that share one common goal: find Lyn's family. A sudden twist in their lives thrusts the two of them into the sprawl of the human city, and achieving that goal suddenly seems impossible. When Lyn and Lucius cross paths with two strange girls, their priorities are tested. These strangers seem to be able to answer Lyn's biggest question: where does she come from? But a pressing problem must be resolved before they can show her. Who is Aspen, and why are these people so desperate to find him? --- This is the continuation to my other story called The Winged. It isn't a direct continuation, but I would recommend reading the other story first to avoid confusion. The Winged
Surviving can be difficult when you're only a few inches tall. Fanged beasts see you as their prey, every creature is bigger than you, and the world seems to work against small things. Not to mention the struggles of getting from place to place... but the worst of it all? Humans. Once a year, every year, summer sweeps over the forest. The sun warms the leaves and the damp melts away until the world of the Winged flourishes. Those warm months are when survival becomes the hardest. Drawn by the beauty of the forest, humans of all kind invade the already dangerous home of the small Winged people. Fear of these monsters is shared throughout the tribes. One sacred piece of advice is known: avoid humans at all costs. They know only how to destroy and hurt. ___ Despite the protests of her close friend, Azure accepts a mission that takes her from the safety of her tribe. Things begin well despite her trepidation of the approaching summer months. That is, until she falls right into the hands of the very creatures she feared. ___ Completed!
