Gregor finds it hard to live in Virginia. After moving there from New York, where he fell into a laundry room grate into the Underland, he struggles to adjust to his new lifestyle. He goes on a field trip to New York and his parents give him strict rules to stay away from the Underland. But Gregor is drawn to the place where he last saw her...

Please do not be fooled by the name. This tale is about Gregor. I have read Suzanne Collins' Underland Chronicles several times. To me, the Code of Claw is a heart-wrenching tragedy. I do not wish to leave Gregor, Luxa and the Underland in war-torn despair. As such, I have written this story in an effort to heal some of the wounds which the Chronicles may have left in you.
