The bullying at Casper High has gone from swirlies and mostly harmless pranks to threats and sending children to the hospital on multiple occasions. The teachers know about what happens when they leave the classroom for a few minutes, they know what happens after school when a nerd stays to help them, they know what happens in the lunch room when they're sitting in luxury in their private rooms... But they ignore it. 
       
       Well, what happens when a certain child --Danny Fenton-- gets to a point where he just can't do it anymore?
    
       And when his parent's decide to move him away so that he doesn't have to deal with the bullies anymore?
