I have written this for awareness, to hopefully stop at least one person getting into any of the situations I have. I have also written it as part of my therapy to come to terms with it all. And it's the best thing I've ever done. looking at the various things I have put myself through and what others have also put me through, it is covering things such as ADHD, bullying, self harm, attempted suicide, drugs, alcohol, rape, young motherhood, domestic violence, Bipolar, EUPD and anxiety. It's starts off pretty boring as I had to start from the very beginning, but that's a good thing far as I'm concerned as what follows is more enough for one human being to handle, or not as it seems.
