" We can't see the path, because it's not there! " I told Logan.

" Kevin isn't with us, because we haven't looked for him yet! " I said to Logan.

" Steve didn't get terminated for no reason, Steve got terminated because there were suspicious questions in her search history! " I stated."

" Which means, everything we know about our planet up until now is fake; and the terminators don't want us to find out the truth; because they don't know the truth either! That's why they terminated Steve. " I said proving my point.

"Come on Logan! What are you thinking about?! We can find Kevin! We can find Steve!"

" Just think about what is waiting for us in the outside world! " I told Logan.

" Don't be stupid Bob, everyone knows that time only moves forward in our sector. It's dangerous out there. " Logan said.

" Our friends are out there, a whole new world is out there! " I said.

" And look on the bright side, if were out there; that means I have a lot more time and I won't die! " I said as Logan looked me in the eyes.

" Lets run away. " I said smirking

How will you save an entire universe if you can't even save yourself? You can't hope to win if you're already destined to lose. . . but then again, you can't win at all unless hope is present and that's what matters most. ********** An Aeterian Story- Final Book

"Do you swear to tell the truth, only the truth, and nothing but the truth?" A woman asked both Steve and Natasha as they stood in front of many politicians and higher ups. "Yes," they said at the same time. They sat down. "I don't know what else there is to say. I think her stopping millions from being killed makes her point," Nat said. "Well she could explain how we are expected to keep up our national and global security now that the three of you have laid waste to our intelligence apparatus." "Agent Romanoff, there are some on this council who think that you belong in a penitentiary, not mouthing off Capitol Hill." "We have a secure location for Miss Altovar," Capitol Hill spoke up again, "She is not of this world and therefore can be a threat. We would like to run a few tests on her and her abilities." "(Y/n) isn't a threat, neither is her planet, they're a peaceful people." Nat said defensively. "But I can promise they won't be if you experiment on the Princess of that planet" "What happens on the day when she doesn't want to help people anymore?" Scudder questioned, "When she decides to shapeshift into a secret service officer and kill the president? Or imitate a general and order a nuclear missile strike? This woman is a danger to global security. It would be safer to have her in our sights." Steve clenched his fist in anger. That was the one thing (Y/n) always feared about being on Earth. That they would take her, and they would experiment on her because she could shapeshift, because she was alien, and was different. "You won't arrest us, or put (Y/n) in a science lab," Nat said surely, "Because at the end of the day, you need us. We may have taken down SHIELD, but we are the most qualified to save the world. And (Y/n) may be the biggest danger, but that also means she's the biggest danger to the people like HYDRA." "If you want to arrest us, arrest us," Steve added, "You'll know where to find us."

(Mature for violence, intense emotional themes, and language) ***Sneak Peak*** Winnie came back handing her friend the extra apple she always got her in exchange for the extra water. As Sky took the apple it started to sizzle. Sky dropped it startled and the girls looked at each other confused. "Okay what the fuck," Winnie asked. Sky just poked the apple again and it still heated up the fruit just not to the same extent as before. "Skyler, why is your skin burning fruit and mine isn't," Winnie asked in a hushed whisper. "How the fuck should I know," Skyler asked her friend. She was starting question if this was all just a weird dream. It had to be. Right? Winnie was now trying to poke the apple to see if it would react to her the same way before nudging it to her friend and watching it heat up a little before Skyler pulled her hand away. "Winnie," she scolded really starting to freak out. "What? It was for science purposes. Multiple trials," Winnie responded. "What the hell is happening to me," Sky asked worried. "Maybe you have super powers," Winnie proposed. "Maybe I'm dying from some weird chemical reaction," Skyler pointed out. "Always so negative. Try to look on the up side sometimes," Winnie teased. "What if I'm dying," Skyler asked worried. "It was nice knowing you," Winnie said jokingly. That wasn't what the girl needed to hear. "Look," Winnie interjected realizing she wasn't helping, "You aren't dying. We can google it and find out what's going on I'm sure there's a reason." Sky nodded quietly. She didn't know what else to do. Something was wrong with her. Something in her said it had to do with that beast they saw.
