Nico doesn't know that much about his past, sure some of the things that have happened to him can be explained but what he can't figure out is a scar on his leg that has been there for as long as he remember. Nico also can't really explain why he doesn't like going to the doctor's or why he has a real disliking of needles but he doesn't really want to know. When a Nico notices he is being followed this really makes him uneasy but what can he do? After a run in with a man that claims to know the answers to the questions Nico has he isn't so sure if he should trust him, but then he gets a rude awakening. This part of reality is not one he can just ignore otherwise he's going to get whiplash, no matter how much he doesn't want to Nico has to trust Jeb or he'll be killed by the things that are hunting him.

SPOILERS FOR THE SUN AND THE STAR!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Nico finds himself in Gotham after a group of monsters had cornered him, and he had to shadow jump away. Somehow, he finds himself being fostered by Bruce Wayne. It's only temporary and Nico intends to keep it that way. The only problem is that there are many things Nico can't explain, like his past, how he learned how to fight, why he needs to know how to fight, and why strange things keep happening around him. How can Nico keep his stay at the manor temporary if things keep happening that just ensures Bruce Wayne will want to keep an eye on him?

"Okay, think of it this way," and with that, Leo offered out his hand, pinky outstretched. "We make a deal. Hades likes deals right and you're his kid? This is your jam here." "I don't gamble." Nico deadpanned. Spent too much time in a casino for that. And he is not Hades when it boils down to it. His father may like his bets and wagers, but Nico's luck is bad enough to warn him against it. "Not a gamble. A deal." Leo stressed. "It's a fling. No strings attached. Just some self growth, high school type of relationship, learning how to date because you're so socially stunted type beat. You get too busy, or if I do, building this ship, we walk away with no hard feelings." Or: Like recognizes Like. Nico felt like Icarus. Fly too close to the sun, and your wings will melt. Fly too close to the sea, your wings will grow heavy. Nico had already flown too close to the sea. He had allowed his infatuation with Percy to rule his life, his decisions, for far to many years. His wings had grown heavy, and he'd drowned. Icarus had made a mistake. He strayed too far, entranced by the kindness of the light. The dark wouldn't be as welcoming, ushering you in with no hesitancy and crossed arms. That didn't work out so well for Icarus. So, Nico would allow this filter, this light, to cover him, shroud him in kindness, and possibility, and warmth. But he would not cross further. He would not succumb to the light only to fall forever into darkness. He would do what Icarus couldn't. Nico di Angelo would not fly too close to the sun. Cover art by viria!Terminé
The ghost King meets the bat family
Nico di Angelo feels like he's trapped at camp so he shadow travels away for a few days. He ends up at Hades Palace and Hades has a special request for him. ( I gave Nico a major power boost like being able to control the shadows in like form them into shapes and whatever like being able to think of a place except in the shadows like transport it to him) WARNINGS ------------ Will x Nico villain / unknown vigilant Nico blood injuries Gore terrible writing inaccuracy Cursing this is a Au and none of the characters belong to me neither does the art, also I've just started to watch the young justice League and and Justice League so I'm not the most knowledgeable about it but ill try my best.

Will has never introduced Nico to his family due to his family being incredibly biased towards monsters, in particular Vampires. But now they've been dating for over a year and half, and due to unfortunate circumstances, Nico even lives with the Solaces. Will can't keep these parts of his life separate so he decides that they'll be able to hide Nicos vampireism from his family so that way they can all meet. or: Nico is a vampire and Wills family hates monsters. He brings Nico to meet his family anyways so they have to hide the fact that Nico is a vampire from them. Shit hits the rocks as expected. Minor tw: Referenced abuse, a bit of gore, blood SECOND CHAPTER: Red as Strawberries There's a huge snowstorm where Will and Nico get snowed into there house and Nico is out of blood.Terminé

After Nico's three days in the infirmary, he's kind of starting to like camp. He's got some friends and a nice cabin and a *tiny* crush on Will Solace. Will's come to terms with his liking of Nico, too, but he has to go home for five days. It's just five days, but they each feel like it's an eternity. During his stay Nico starts seeing changes in Will. Is it possible that Solace has more going on than Nico knows about? If so will Nico choose to help Will?
