Vernon Cooper and his best friend Quinn Kennie live in Providence, Rhode Island. They join a tag-team of rebels who are against the bureaucracy running the town, known only as the Rulesetters. They are led by the Chief, who is the head of the town, and government. It's called the Alliance. Inside it, there are numerous factions who make it up. One of which is the Opposition, the head of the Alliance, and the faction they join. They are sent on a mission to see where peaceful protesters go after coming face-to-face with the Rulesetters. Rumor has it they are taken to camps, where they are left for dead, which people are calling "Camps for the Ungrateful". Who is the Chief, and will they make it out of the camps and help end the Rulesetters' reign?
