Wanting more for yourself than a lowly life of servitude you test the aptitude of the prowess of your magic when they search for magical aptitude. I don't know if I died or not, but the moment I regained my consciousness, I was already standing on a field full of grass and surrounded by trees. "W-what is that...?" Daniel is just a regular blue collar Maintenance Mechanic working for a manufacturing company.
