In response to being forcefully retired by the police department, Hyde Manson creates a S.A.R. (search and rescue) team for hire with a new friend and singer Danny Winter and a recently fired engineer Remington William.
But after a high paying contract by a mysterious person to save three kids turns into a fight or flight situation as a underground gang of "scientists" go after their "experiments".
