Kept under full lock down 24/7 and held by electric chains to a wall. So how does he keep escaping? Especially considering he's lost his mind. Victoria Lestrange, sent to the Hospital at fourteen for supposed terrorism. The Hospital has driven her to murder. And no one even know the extent of what she can do. So just remember, The Hospital never sleeps.
