Meet Astria from the celestial world. She is not an ordinary girl but a Starian or also known as a "Falling star" in the human world. Binasagan siyang "The Least Starian" dahil sa pagiging clumsy niya at sa mga bagaybagay na hindi niya magawa sa celestial world. Hindi siya pinapagawa sa trabaho ng isang Starian dahil sa hindi niya ito magawa ng tama. Not until that one night when she was ordered by their Head Mistress to grant someone's wish. 




Pero paano kung aksidenteng mahulog ang pilyang bituin na ito? Anong mangyayari sa kanya?
