It all started with a coffee and a much-needed break from driving. The coffee had been disgusting. It was the type of coffee you could only find at crappy BP stations you stumble across whilst you're riding at night and desperately in need to pee because it's been four hours since the last stop.

Screw it. I picked up the bottle of whiskey and cashed it. I got into my car and drove until I saw a bridge. I look down at the ocean crashing below. My heart started racing, so I took a deep breath and I sat on the railing. I began to gaze at the full moon. A cold gust of wind blew across my face and made goosebumps form on my forearms. I finally felt at peace, calm and free but the sound of a speeding car behind me jolted me back to reality. "In my 19 years of life I never really experienced anything worth telling a story about. Usually when something exciting happened to me, which was rare, I'd sum up the key parts and move on. But then I died, and I finally had a story worth talking about. Anyway, how I died isn't too exciting. Just a basic car accident.
