Scanning the hallway, I found the door of my first classroom and started walking with my books in hand.
This seems like a normal high school in a normal town, except for the fact that there was a murder case here a month ago. The FBI recruited me after a month of searching for the murderer. Yes, they waited a whole month before asking me. I could've done the job faster blending in as a high schooler, rather than the seniors pretending to be, well, seniors.
Thinking about these thoughts, I didn't realize the fact that I just bumped into some guy, dropping my books.
"I'm so sorry." I said, bending down to pick up my books. He dropped his bag as well, and so I thought I'd pick it up for him. "Damn. What's in this?" I asked, finally meeting eyes with my victim.
He had dark brown hair and brown eyes. Definitely good looking. Seeing that many girls looked at him, I could tell he was the popular bad boy of this school. Also I could tell because of the other hot guys that followed him like little dogs.
"Hello?" I waved, making him snap back into reality. "Here."
I shoved the bag in his chest and walked away, hoping to make it to my first class in time. I turned around for a slight second, and saw him looking back at me. Wow world. Cliché much?
