She had felt the usually warm air turn to ice. When Rika had gained enough strength to open her eyes, the sight had been horrendous. Face clouded in darkness, she could only see the dreadful sight of her parents smothered in blood.
Her usually colourful eyes filled with so much love and passion, now dull and blank, turned to look at the murderer of her parents.
"Now," his trademark smirk displayed his features as his red bloodshot eyes bore through her soul.
