But what if what she proposed was something amusing, mentally, something thas he'd agree to, not knowing what exactly he's in to, and at the end of the day, she walks out being the mate that rejected.
But what?
If it was going to be fair and square, than there had to be a risk, meaning that either of them wins. Winning, losing, playing...
That was it! What if she proposed a game. Not anything childish, but a serious dignity jeopardizing game. A game in which the winner rejects, and the loser accepts.
Good, she told herself. Now you have the proposition, let's get down to details.
It would be simple. The catch was, the first one that fell in love, rejects the other..?
That was stupid. One could fall in love and not admit it.
Then...
An idea popped into her head and she nearly squealed in delight, it was genius! She repeated West's words over and over and smiled, imagining a light bulb switching on top of her head.
The UMMS would hit hard, and they would become irresistible, she'd just have to resist.
So she created her new catch: the first one who gives up resisting, loses and would be rejected by the one who resisted.
She planned on her head that that would be her. She knew Logan would play, he's to arrogant to decline a bet, or competition. It was her game, so she had to win.

Then it hit me. The scent of my mate. The one I'd love and spend the rest of my days with. "Mine," he growled. I was forced up against the wall as he began to kiss me roughly.
