This is something I sat down and wrote largely because I just needed to vent and get my feelings out. The hardest part about this is that everything in this story is true. This is my experience and my story with someone who was for a long time the most important person in my life.

IMPORTANT EDIT
I've kinda been coming back to this and just adding updates about my life. It's almost like a diary in a way but not exactly. Largely when I've come here and posted updates it's because I've needed to let something out. To vent frustration or to get my jumbled thoughts out on paper (or in text) just to straighten them out. I don't know how many updates I will post or if I will keep them up in the future but for the time being they are there. I hope you find something in reading them if you take them time if not I totally get it. This is something I'm doing for myself and my wellbeing not for anyone else to benefit from. But if someone reads something that helps them or they relate to maybe it was worth sharing.All Rights Reserved

This is a daily updated journal/diary thing that started in January of 2018 and has not ended yet. There will be a part two to this book, because I've found writing in this book so relaxing and helpful when it comes to my mental health. • • • Sometimes I feel trapped. Like I can't tell people how I truly feel because they won't understand. This book is more for me than it is anyone else.
