Murder, thievery, witchcraft, and anything of the sort is never tolerated, under ANY circumstances. But, when Penelope figures out the secrets her father, and the town of Wisteria has been keeping from her, things get a little more difficult. When a mysterious cat appears at her window and becomes her new pet, the cat begins to unveil the secrets she's been wanting. The attic, the Black Ocean, the loss of an unbreakable bond, and her enemy Hailey Bailwest come to her in a surprising whirlwind. How will this affect her? What lengths will she go to to do what is right?
