Lexi was a girl of many mysteries. No one quite knew what was going on inside her head at any given time. No one knew what she would do in any given situation. In short, no one knew her. That was just the way she liked it. She didn't want anyone to know. She didn't want anyone look to closely. She didn't want anyone to find out the reasons for her "suddenly" going mute, or the reasons she seemed to change everything about herself for no obvious reason.

Her life, her problems, were no one's damn business and she did everything in her power to keep anyone from wanting to know anything.
