Naruto has an older sister, who is 5 years older than him, Miyuki Uzumaki!
She is a perfect combination of there parents, kushina Uzumaki and Minato Namikaze.  

She and Itachi Had been best friends since they were in diapers, Kushina and Mikoto would always plan play dates for them. Later they got feeling for eachother, but what will become of that, when he is with the Akatsuki and she is a ANBU for the leaf and caring for Both thier brothers.
