As you can see, this is obviously a poem. This poem was inspired by The Magic Box by Kit Wright....actually I had to do it for homework but hey, it's my first poem and I'm proud of it! Give it ago and I hope you like it!

Prologue 12/31 It was New Year's Eve; my family was having a party. The kids were sitting on the couch watching the television special. There were murmurs of people talking to each other. The adults were playing a board game in the dining room. Everything was typical for a party at the house. Then it happened; I woke up in front of a giant stone wall. I saw a kingdom with significant stone buildings and torches on every wall. Cobblestone streets were at my feet. People were selling things and talking to each other. I fell back and saw the night sky. It was a mix of orange and purple. I then woke up in my living room. I saw shocked faces surrounding me. Suddenly blood trickled down my nose. My name is Shea, or as you know me, Jayce Reynolds.
