The government is diagnosing certain people, usually people of minority groups or with mental issues, with an "illness." Most of the population has gone so far to "protect" themselves it that they wear gas masks when they are out in public. But what happens when a small group of people know about the real facts of the illness, and try to reverse the damage it's done?
