With pain comes strength!  That's what her mom would always tell her. Emily, a 16 year old teenager who's parents divorced when she was 7 lives with her mother in California while her father moved back to his hometown in Austin Texas. Her mother passes away and is forced to move in with her abusive father. When she is forced into a new city and new school how will she deal the pressures and the lose of her mother. On this journey of hers to start over she meets a boy named Hunter and realizes there a lot more to him then she thought.
