Look for a new part every Tuesday and Thursday! Adam is a 10th-century Slavic painter who lives peacefully with his daughter Ania. Until, that is, their town is ransacked by Vikings. Adam is killed and soon finds himself in heaven, leaving Ania to fend for herself. Heaven isn't exactly what Adam had pictured; he's a servant to a man with strange customs, and he's not allowed to paint—as he finds out, images of living beings are prohibited. Soon Adam begins to suspect that he might not be in heaven after all... But if he's not in heaven, then where is he? In hell? Somewhere on earth? If so, maybe there's a chance that he'll be able to reunite with his daughter—if only he can escape his servitude. Meanwhile, young Ania is experiencing her own share of trials in an enchanted forest: She crosses paths with birds that sing songs of forgetfulness, a water-bound ghost who asks her a favor, and a mysterious band of roamers who seem nice enough but have malicious intentions... HEAVEN traces Adam and Ania's efforts to navigate their new worlds and find each other once again. Read as their stories unfold in a part-graphic, part-text adventure. Will they ever be reunited?
