Everyone gets anxiety if there nervous on a test or have a big exam but then there people who get severe anxiety all the time and I'm one of those people i learned to conquer the fearful dread by support from family and friends so if your ever alone come to family and friends .

Have you ever felt so broken that you couldn't pull yourself out of bed and continue to live your life like you used to.
